Here's how we bill and how much
First 20 Minutes are Free for New Clients
20 minutes of free consultation is available to all new clients. There are two ways to book. Choose the best option for you:
- Choose a free 20 min. call. If 20 minutes turns out not to be enough time, you can schedule a 40 min. follow up for $99.
- Or, you can book a 1 hour call for $99 which includes the first 20 free minutes.
Special Promotions
- Receive 10% off your total bill when if you pay the full retainer fee in January 2025 for any prior year tax return.
- Receive a $50 gift card to any of our retail partners when you refer a new client who pays a full retainer fee.

Retainer Fees & Billing
We work on a retainer fee basis. We collect the retainer up front upon signing an agreement and hold the funds in a retainer account. We cannot begin work on your file until the retainer fee is received in full.
- Any unused amount of your retainer is refundable. Allow up to 30 days for your retainer balance to be refunded.
- We only accept credit cards and ACH and other electronic forms of payment unless otherwise authorized.
- Checks may be accepted in limited circumstances but we cannot start work on your file until the check has cleared.
